About this house rental
The comfort cottage was built in 2000. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town north towards north dike and has a large garden with terrace in south-west orientation and a parking space in front of the house. On the ground floor of the house is a generous tiled living room (satellite TV, stereo with CD, DVD player, flat screen) with dining area and high chair in the bay window and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, Toaster, egg cooker etc.) and a guest toilet. Upstairs is the bedroom with double bed and a cot, a second bedroom with two separate beds and a seating area in the bay window with satellite TV and radio / CD player and the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house has patio furniture for 4 people and a barbecue. The house is sun-flooded all-day and rented all year round.

The 85 square meter house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city north in the direction of north dike and has a garden and terrace to the south-west side. On the ground floor of the house is a spacious living room with dining area in the bay window, an open fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and. S. W. and a guest toilet. The floors are tiled on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a cot; a second bedroom with 2 separate beds and a sitting area with TV + radio / CD in the bay window and a shower room / WC with washing machine + hair dryer. The house has 4 beach chairs with cushions and patio furniture for 4 people. It is about 2.5 km to the beach, about 15 minutes walk to the pedestrian zone in the north. The supermarkets Aldi, Lidl, Combi etc. are within walking distance.
Leisure activities: Watt walks, boat trips, water park, water sports, cycling, visit the seal nursery in Norddeich, cure.

Das Haus ist in einer ruhigen Wohngegend aber sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann sowohl nach Norden in die Innenstadt laufen als auch nach Norddeich zum Strand. Sehr netter Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ☺️

Wunderschönes Haus. Einrichtung wie auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal hier buchen.

Wir haben uns sofort in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in-Vorgang war einfach und individuell angepasst. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig mit einem nicht einsehbaren Garten. Norddeich und die Innenstadt von Norden sind schnell zu erreichen.Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns in der Woche vor den Osterferien dort wohl gefühlt. Allerding ist es außerhalb der Ferien schon sehr ruhig dort. Die Anzahl der Leute denen man in der Siedlung zu dieser Zeit begenet ist an einer Hand abzuzählen. Das Haus selber ist sehr gepflegt. Ein Auto ist zu empfehlen, da der Weg nach Norden oder Norddeich zu Fuß schon lang und daher nur bei beständigem Wetter machbar ist. Schade finde ich das kein Wlan vorhanden ist. Das ist eigentlich heutzutage standart. Die Betten sind sehr hart. Für mich als Rheumatiker war das schon ein kleines Problem. Ansonsten ist es sehr gemütlich und man findet alles, was man so benötigt.
