About this apartment rental
We offer you for seasonal rental our apartment located in the heart of the Vosges mountains, in the charming village of Xonrupt Longemer. It is positioned on the edge of the forest at an altitude of 730M, in a quiet area 900M from the lake.
Our 62m² apartment is on the first floor of a chalet divided into 6 apartments.
Facing south, the apartment has a 22m² terrace and a 150m² private garden with its green fence.
The apartment is composed of:
- Kitchen equipped and fitted to accommodate up to 6 people (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hob, hood, dishwasher, an indoor/outdoor plancha with its trolley on wheels)
- dining room for 6 people
- living room with a sofa that converts into a 150/200 bed, flat screen TV with sound bar.
- 2 bedrooms:
* The Sun room with a 160/200 double bed, a wardrobe and a wardrobe
* the mountain room with 2 single beds 90/200, a built-in dressing room
- a shower room with vanity unit, washing machine
- a separate toilet
- a room to store bicycles and ski gear....
Also available in the room:
* Baby equipment (high chair, toilet reducer, potty, cot, hiking carrying bag.
* A bicycle
* 2 pairs of snowshoes with poles
* 2 sleds (1 baby sledge and 1 2-seater sled)
* Various games
- a parking lot under the car port. You can put 2 cars one behind the other along the apartment in front of the door of the premises.
Our apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from the lake of Xonrupt Longemer and the center of the village where you will find many amenities (bakery, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, post office, ski rental, linen store...) We are also 5 km from the town of Gérardmer.
In less than 20 minutes you will be on the slopes of the Gérardmer – La Mauselaine ski area or on the La Bresse Hohneck ski area.
Passing by the Col de la Schlucht, you will arrive in 30 minutes on the famous ridge road. You can then visit the beautiful Alsatian villages via the wine route.
Pets are not allowed in our apartment.
Parties or bachelorette parties and bachelorette parties are not accepted in our residence.
Minimum stay 2 nights

End of stay cleaning fee: 70€ MANDATORY paid on Vrbo® supplement of 20€ holidays CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR
Reading of the electricity meter with invoicing in the event of an abusive exceedance.
It is possible to rent bed linen (fitted sheet, duvet cover, 2 pillowcases) and
Towel kits (1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 glove).
Late arrivals / departures and/or public holidays possible at an additional cost. --> for rates, please contact us.
Please note that arrivals are before 10pm.
A person will be there to greet you on arrival and departure.

A nicely presented property in an excellent location for exploring the Vosges and the Haut Rhine areas. There were some small glitches on arrival that we reported to the caretaker and were sorted quickly. This property is modern and very well equipped with all the amenities needed for a self catering stay. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed the appartement and the Vosges! It was our first vacation with our 1 year old baby and it worked out very well! The appartement had everything we needed and was very clean.
