About this house rental
This property has all the amenities a modern family might want such as flat screen televisions and super fast Wi-Fi. There's a large stacked stone fireplace surrounded by contemporary furniture in the living room perfect for board games and an expansive rear deck perfect for barbecuing a juicy burger while you enjoy the view of the surrounding tall pines. The chef in the family will enjoy preparing meals in the spacious kitchen complete with dual wall ovens.
Need to knock out a few emails while on vacation, not a problem. Head up the spiral staircase to the loft to utilize one of two window-facing desks perfect for all your WFH needs. Once the emails are handled, challenge someone to a game of foosball before heading back into the kitchen/ living room area.
When you're ready to call it a night, head to one of four bedrooms including a super spacious master with king bed, desk, and marble ensuite. Down on the lower level you'll find the other 3 bedrooms with an assortment of queen and twins beds.

This would have been a five-star stay if not for a handful of maintenance and quality issues.The space itself was excellent. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room, and the house is attractive, spacious, and well laid out. Overall, it’s a great property with a lot going for it.There were a few letdowns that felt out of step with the listing. The dining room chairs shown in the photos were not present; instead, the table was furnished with smaller, inexpensive metal chairs.In the kitchen, the bottom rack of the dishwasher was damaged and missing wheels, causing it to fall off the track. The primary (upper) oven did not work, and the lower oven took an unusually long time to preheat. None of the kitchen knives were sharp enough to use safely.The primary shower has multiple shower heads and could have been a standout feature, but only the rain shower was operational, and it had very low water pressure, making rinsing difficult.We experienced two snowfalls during our stay. While neighboring driveways were cleared promptly, this driveway was plowed only once, two days after the first snowfall, and snow and ice were left behind. Our vehicle did not fit in the garage, and the icy, slightly sloped driveway made parking and walking more challenging than necessary.With better maintenance, accurate listing photos, and improved winter upkeep, this would easily be a five-star rental.

Check-in process was super easy. Tons of amenities. We’re the type of family that likes to cook at home so when we saw what was supplied, we realized we didn’t need to bring half the stuff we brought. Very close to downtown. Very cool house for summertime. Tons of space. House was very clean when we checked in. Extra supplies, blankets towels, pillows, etc.. not a dealbreaker however, the shower head in the master bedroom sucks. Overall 10/10! Our family enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. House fit our group perfectly - kids all really enjoyed the loft area. Super easy to access house off Pioneer Trail and check in process was really smooth as well. Highly recommend!
