A large breakfast bar separates it and the great room, making the space perfect for gathering. The dining table with seating for 10 (and extra seating at the island) is perfect for gathering with friends and family over a home-cooked meal.

Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Master suite with a king bed, 55" smart TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and double vanity
Bedroom 2 (Lower / Main Level): King bed, 43" smart TV
Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Queen bed, 43" smart TV
Bedroom 4 (Upper Level): Twin over full bunk bed set, with twin trundle (mattress under the bunk bed, with linens and blanket). Great room for the kids!
Loft: 65" smart TV and sleeper sofa

3 full bathrooms, with the master en suite (double vanity, large glass shower) and a hallway bath on the upper level, and another full bathroom with tub / shower combo on the lower level

It's a great place to stay for southern lake tahoe. A beautiful cozy home to go along with the beautiful neighborhood. We had some toilet issues however the manager had excellent communication and even had someone come out within an hour to take a look and attempt a fix. Unfortunately it was only a temporary fix and the pesky toilet struck again the next day. but it didnt stop us from having a great time. The house was very clean and cozy. Definitely recommend this place. It is in a good spot of town too.

This is one of the best homes we’ve rented in South Lake Tahoe! It has a great location on a street of wonderful homes close to stateline, a wonderful floor plan with four bedrooms, and spacious living areas. Super clean and well stocked, we will definitely revisit!

The Hot Tub didn't work so that was not good at all. Then our neighbors behind us tried to start an issue with us when we were just sitting out eating laughing and trying to enjoy our vacation catching up with our family. I wish that the house had fencing in backyard to not have an issue with the neighbors. And so that their dogs wouldn't ckme over and pee in near the back steps by Hot Tub?
