About this apartment rental
Beautiful ocean views. One of Cabo’s few condos on swimmable private beach with fantastic snorkeling! Sunny top floor condo. Short Uber/bus from downtown. Quiet garden setting. Gated community. Few min walk through garden to lovely white sand beach and clear water. Purified Drinkable Water throughput condo! Free WiFi, Netflix and Parking. Convenience store short walk. 5 min drive from Chileno & Santa Maria beaches where snorkeling tours go. Great Pools & Tennis Court.
My home recently underwent a refresh, and is now furnished with luxurious beds, an equipped kitchen and an in unit washer and dryer. The Complex has two great pools (one which is more shallow for kids, and another for adults only) and a tennis court. There is a 60" Smart HD TV with Netflix service and Apple TV with games and a game controller. Amazon Alexa Smart Speaker with premium Spotify account for all your music desires.
The condo is conveniently located next door to 4* resort, which offers several restaurants, bar and spa. The condo complex is a few minute drive to lots of Restaurants, Night Life and activities, including Snorkeling, Fishing, Surfing, Off Road ATVs, Golf. Additional nearby amenities include a neighboring pharmacy and medical care and Costco. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Bedroom 1 is a luxurious Queen & Bedroom 2 is 2 x twin beds or a comfortable King.

We loved our stay at this vacation rental. We had other family staying next door at the fancy resort and they were a little jealous of the setup that we had. Our condo had far more space, more amenities, twice the bathrooms, it was quieter, and we had easy access to the same beach that the resort used, all for a lot less money. All the info we needed and more was sent to us before our stay. There's a grocery store just across the street from the main gate and the bus stops right out front. Most of the action is just a 10 minute bus ride to the marina and costs around 16 pesos each person. The beach has course sand and the water drops off fairly quick, but we all had a blast with the waves coming in to shore. Our room had a large beach umbrella, folding chairs, boogie board, lots of snorkel gear, even a cooler. I would recommend.

The house was very clean, it provided us a very safe comfortable environment. There was everything we needed including appliances, towels, toiletries, etc. Everything was amazing.

The Vrbo was a nice spot with a nice beach. We didn’t really use the kitchen to cook. Pans could have been better with a few more spices or oil but we made due for breakfasts. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. A map of the complex and where to park would also be nice especially when you arrive late at night. It’s nice to have Freco (grocery store) across the street.
