Nice terrace perfect for staying toasty and sipping wine over a game of chess. Beside you, the fully equipped kitchen is excellent for preparing and serving up delicious meals, which you'll enjoy around the elegant Granite countertop table. AC climate control ensure the villa stays perfectly cozy any time of year. Dish TV in all bedrooms and living room to enjoy family movies.

Please note that the Cabo Bello is not suitable for swimming all year. For swimming, follow the recommendations of the Mexican Marina regarding beach flags and warnings. Check the weather forecast before your arrival, as weather conditions in Cabo can be severe.
Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of $150 USD will be requested. Parties are not allowed, as the building is family-oriented. One parking spot is available for regular-sized cars.
The main renter must be at least 25 years old, ensuring a pleasant and responsible stay for all guests.

The property is in a gated community and requires visitors to know the name of the property in order to enter. This *very* important information was not provided prior to arrival and made for a very awkward 10 minutes while trying to contact the property manager.
