Casa "Dos Mares" is a comfortable 3 bed/3 bath villa entirely available for up to 6 guests within the gated community of Punta Arena and within driving distance to beaches or downtown Cabo. Easy access to the main Cabo corridor road. Just 10 min drive to downtown Cabo and 15 min drive Santa Maria & El Chileno beaches. Enjoy a stunning sea view from the main bedroom terrace. Nestled in a small community with a nice mix of expats, retirees and young families from all over the world. Punta Arena has two common swim pools & 24 hour security.
Spacious bedrooms with closets and full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen for long stays.
The house has 2 king and 1 queen beds. The bed in the secondary bedroom upstairs can be converted from King to two twins very easily on the spot. Each bedroom has its own AC unit. The main bedroom offers a stunning partial view to the Arch and to the sunset from its terrace. Parking space for two cars right on the premises. 24 hour security.
Full access to all the house, the two pools and the grill areas in the closed community.
This home is ideal for vacationing families or for remote workers and long time stays. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom are wheelchair accessible.

We loved this spacious and quiet place. The gated neighborhood was perfect for evening walks for great grandma and our 1 year old granddaughter. The pools were also perfect for a convenient cool off and play time for everyone. The large shallow area was per for a toddler. German was also a responsive host and cleared up water issues right away. He also allowed us to have a later check out which saved us from driving the whole clan to the airport and back en route to our next destination.

Beautiful well kept home that is close enough to downtown but located in a quiet and safe community. German responded promptly to my questions. Would stay here again.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our stay we had more than enough room for it just being us the house was very clean and the hard and the complex was very well kept. We were 10 minutes from downtown and Uber cost us no more than $6 to and from there and back plus it’s about the same for the beach I highly recommend this place
