About this apartment rental
Top of Tezal is a spacious three-bedroom corner condo located on the third floor of Vistas del Tezal. Accommodating up to eight guests, the condo offers sweeping views of Land’s End and the Sea of Cortez, along with beautiful sunrises and sunsets from its private terrace.
The bright, open-concept living and dining areas are thoughtfully furnished for comfort and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals and snacks at home.
Each of the three bedrooms offers comfortable beds and plenty of natural light. The primary and second bedrooms provide direct access to the terrace, allowing guests to step outside and enjoy the ocean views. Air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and an in-suite washer and dryer are also included.
The spacious private terrace features outdoor seating and is an ideal place for morning coffee, outdoor dining, evening drinks, or simply enjoying Cabo’s iconic landscape.
Guests have access to multiple community swimming pools, a rooftop lounge with panoramic views, a game room with a pool table, and a fitness center. The development also offers 24-hour security and secure on-site parking.
Vistas del Tezal provides a peaceful setting with convenient access to downtown Cabo San Lucas, the marina, Medano Beach, and the beaches of Las Viudas, Chileno Bay, and Santa Maria Bay. Nearby Plaza Novva offers restaurants and other local services.
Uber, taxis, and private transportation are readily available. Guests who plan to explore more of Los Cabos may prefer to rent a vehicle.

Location and convenience are very important to us when on vacation. Top of Tezal (310) provide this and much more. The premier Fresca (Whole Foods of Mexico) Grocery store is around the corner and 3-minute walk. Fresh bakery, Seafood, Coffer shop and liquor Store. The Privacy and relaxed nature of this new property was amazing and just what the Doctor ordered. Downtown Cabo and Medano Beach is a 3-minute Uber ride and the beaches are amazing. This Condo had everything we need and plenty of space and activity for the entire family. We will definitely come back soon!

We had a wonderful trip. The Petitt's condo suited our needs perfectly. Very clean with plenty of space for 5 people. They swimming pool and workout room were just the right size and the staff was friendly. Easy transport via uber/lyft to downtown Cabo and the beach. A short walk to the local supermarket or easy to uber. Wonderful views of the bay. from the balcony. The balcony was a great place to start and end the day w/ coffee and cocktails. Plenty of towels and other accessories. We will definitely recommend and / or stay at the condo again.
