Room was clean. Staff was super attentive and helpful. Close to Fresko grocery store. Only negatives were there’s no railing to get in the pool so my elderly father could not get in. Also, showerhead is rainfall, which is not ideal if you have long hair and do not want to wash your hair. Lastly, no full-length mirror in the space—only the bathroom mirror.

It was all great except that it isn’t a safe walking distance to the beaches due to no easy or safe walking across the road. Other than that it was great.

I had one heck of a time in Cabo and my hotel accomadations kicked it all off just right! The host is both gracious and quick to respond. There is a bit of noise due to the location, but the trade off of privacy is well worth it. The pool on the rooftop gives an amazing view especially at sunset. If you want a place that's not congested with the hustle and bustle of a resort, this is THE spot!
