This community offers a small deli market on site, 2 community pools, dr office onsite, and direct access to the beach in front of the development. When you access the condo, you will not be disappointed! This condo offers ample space and provides a sofa sleeper in the living room area for 2 guests, full kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or have a chef cook for you! There is also a desk space for anyone that may need to work while on vacation.
The King bedroom provides ample closet space and an ensuite bathroom with large remodeled shower. You will have access from the living room area or bedroom area out on the terrace where there is seating and a BBQ provided.
You will love the view from the terrace to the ocean or you can see the community pool below.

The apartment was very clean and was equipped with everything we would need. The view of the ocean is terrific from the suite overlooking the pool from the 3 rd floor. The surrounding gardens are colorful and immaculate. The staff on site were very helpful . Rodrigo ,the property manager was easy to contact and always ready to assist.The poolside restaurant/bar was a real bonus. The food and drinks were very reasonably priced ,fresh and delicious. The little private beach ,although beautiful was a bit of a challenge to reach…many stairs. Having a car would be helpful because the sights of Cabo aren’t close. However ,it is easy to get Ubers and they aren’t expensive. The development is very safe and secure.Overall it was a very positive experience.

As represented. Clean, well equipped. Comfortable. Great deck with a view. Lots of steps to the beach, (79). Internet signal week and TV only streaming. Overall, satisfied.
