Nestled in the cliffs overlooking the ocean, this beautiful 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. From the moment you arrive you'll feel the difference as you enjoy spectacular sunrises from your private terrace every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening.
The living room and master bedroom offer panoramic ocean views! This unit has an open floor plan and guests can enjoy each other’s company whether they are in the living room, sending an e-mail from the desk, mixing margarita’s in the amply equipped kitchen or grilling a culinary masterpiece on the gas grill on the terrace.
The large master bedroom features a king size bed, new quality mattress, linens, sufficient storage and it’s own private bath. Sliding glass doors open to your condo’s private terrace!
The 2nd bedroom offers both a queen and twin bed with new quality mattresses, linens, it's own private bathroom, plenty of storage and the units enclosed washer & dryer.
This is a very special non-smoking condo that offers plenty of room for a family of five or privacy for two couples. And, yes, you can hear the sounds of the ocean as you sleep at night.
Located at Misiones del Cabo, this beach resort offers an exceptional location, dramatic views, private beach and a wide range of guest services including an onsite property manager and concierge for your convenience.
The resort features a guarded, gated entrance, large swimming pool, swim-up palapa bar, grill and restaurant. The palapa bar & grill features XM satellite radio, satellite TV and free wireless internet service.
The resort’s private beach is in a protected cove just a 2 minute walk from the condo. Swim, sunbathe, picnic or snorkel (colorful fish are abundant). You will never encounter beach vendors here like you will on the main beaches.
Costco is located less than a mile away, and with the addition of a Fresko La Comer Grocery Store, Wal Mart Super Center, Sams Club, Mega, and City Club supermarkets you'll be able to purchase in-person or online almost any grocery item you can imagine.

Great place for a relaxing break. This condo has all we needed, a great view from the patio and great hosts. This was our 2nd trip to Missiones and we will be back!

If you're looking for an amazing property with sunrise/sunset views while in Cabo, please consider this property. The host is one of the most accommodating owners you will ever deal with on VRBO and its very well furnished with everything you'll need.This unit is close to the pool swim up bar and the path to the semi-private beach this property offers. I've stayed at Misiones del Cabo three times now and I know you and your family will apricate the attention to detail of the grounds and the very friendly staff.

Unit was clean. Huge wraparound balcony and wonderful view of waves crashing on the rocks. The bathroom rugs looked very dirty however. It kind of grossed me out to step on them barefoot. I honestly could not tell if they came a dingy gray color or if they were super old and dirty/stained. A couple of new 10 beige rugs would look nice. Not having any type of soap in the showers was a problem. They should provide tiny bars of soap at the minimum (gently fragranced, if any), and ideally some tiny shampoo & conditioner (or conditioning shampoo). Those could be placed under the sink so the cleaning crew could tell if it had been used or not. Since we shopped on the way there, we did not know that we needed to buy soap for the shower. So we used heavily fragranced hand soap that was by the sink. I was woken by the people above me most nights, many times, because I stay up late and then try to sleep until 10ish. Since I kept being woken up after 7am (yes, I use good waxy earplugs), I was in bed from midnight until noon.
