Indulge yourself in this incredible, oceanfront, 6 bedroom home on the Isle of Palms! This professionally decorated, beautiful home is located on “Millionaire’s Row”. Virtually sitting on top of the beach, a short walk to all of the entertainment fun the Isle of Palms has to offer yet quiet enough to relax, this once-in-a-lifetime island escape has breathtaking sunrises to the north and amazing sunsets. Enjoy leisurely afternoons by the pool, and mellow evenings in the spa. You will be overwhelmed by Lands End's style, comfort & extravagance.
Every bedroom in this home boasts a king bed and private en suite bathroom!
The first floor is light-filled, featuring an open floor plan allowing for maximum living enjoyment & entertainment. The great room boasts modern, stylish furniture, a fireplace, gorgeous ocean views, huge TV, and access to the expansive outside porch with a seating group. The kitchen features a gourmet array of appliances and the dining room is surrounded by 3 sides of ocean views! Two guest bedrooms with en suites are situated on this floor.
The primary suite on the second floor takes advantage of break-taking ocean views with a private bath featuring a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and huge soaking tub. Outside of the primary bedroom is a den that leads to a lovely oceanfront porch. Three guest bedrooms with en suites round out the accommodations on this floor.
Outdoor entertaining does not get any better with a summer kitchen alongside the large pool and spa! Everyone in your group will enjoy lounging poolside and having a casual meal at the seating and table areas. The outdoor shower and private dressing area offer added facilities. The boardwalk makes getting to the beach quick and easy.

*This is an integrated spa that runs on an on-demand timer system, it is not hot 24/7.. When you decided to use the spa you turn it on 30 min prior and it will shut off after 2-3 hours. The spa heat is set to 102. Pool heat is set to 85, however, it will only get 20-25 degrees warmer than the coldest outside temperature. We do not guarantee the pool heat will reach a swimmable temperature.

East Islands Rentals offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area or yours, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental total plus taxes & fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through East Islands Rentals. If travel insurance is not added at the time the reservation is booked it can be added at a later date

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well I selfishly don't want to list the house :) as I love it. This winter was colder than most but how can you not enjoy some sun, the ocean and walk to some places to hang out and eat. I am already booked for next year, sorry folks I booked it first!

Reviewer Comments: Our family was very satisfied with the property. Matter of fact, after they toured the house to select their rooms, they asked if we could come back next year to this same house. East Islands Rentals website described the property to a "T". The location and amenities were great. The house was very clean and well-maintained. Customer service was great. The kids and grandkids enjoyed the shops and restaurants. Granny and Papaw enjoyed sitting on the porch and beach just looking at the ocean and birds. One night a sea turtle had laid a nest of eggs just up from our boardwalk. That was exciting. I would definitely recommend this house and the East Island Rental Agency to family and anyone else. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything about this home.

The good: The house was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. We would rent again if some items were fixed and managed better. We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. One of the primary reasons we chose this house is the outdoor fireplace and TV which is advertised in the first picture on VRBO. Unfortunately, neither of these worked and when we called the mgt. company they said they haven't worked in sometime and couldn't be fixed. They said the fireplace kept blowing out with the wind and the TV connections outside kept breaking. We would have chosen another house would we have known upfront. Due to this and the multiple times we had to keep calling on items, we did ask for a 10% discount after our stay and we were told "we don't provide discounts", "we've had air conditioners go out and we still don't provide a discount, we try to fix it promptly but no discount." Just beware. We paid to have the hot tub heated but it was not heated when we arrived. When we called we found out that paying to heat the hot tub meant we were allowed to heat the hot tub ourselves. They didn't send us the directions ahead of time so we couldn't use it the first night. There's a process where you turn the heater on and it takes about 40 minutes to heat up and it stays on for 2.5 hours so it takes some planning use. The hot tub stopped working the second day, the indoor fireplace stopped working and we had to request a stopper for the master tub. The management company was quick to come out and fix them but because they didn't happen all at once it was multiple calls and periods of not being able to use them. The cookware was nice but they only had one non-stick pan which made normal cooking difficult. There were other small items but the biggest issue was the outside area not working as advertised.
