Recently renovated in 2025, Sand Dune now features major upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms, bringing a fresh, modern feel to this coastal retreat. After a day spent frolicking in the waves, strolling down the boardwalk, and gallivanting around this lively beach town, retire to your oasis where you can enjoy sunset views and al fresco delights from the rooftop patio. Inside you'll find a living area bathed in sunlight courtesy of the Victorian windows that offer incredible views, coupled with modern, tasteful furnishings that make entertaining an absolute pleasure. The many balconies present guests the opportunity to find their own peaceful space, while the breakfast bar in the kitchen allows for the whole gang to witness the culinary delicacies being prepared in the state-of-the-art kitchen.

- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

This home was a savior to my family and our family vacation. I booked a home in Isle of Palm in January for my nephew’s wedding in June through VRBO on Carolina Avenue with T’Lene Salters Brown of Historic Charleston Bed and Breakfast. My fully paid reservation was canceled less than 48 hours prior to our arrival due to the double booking of the unit by the host with no explanation. We found out later the home had been double booked,I was extremely lucky that I was able to book this hone at the last minute. The reason I was able to book this home at the last minute was because they had just finished totally renovating the home. The home was fresh, clean and nicely furnished.The home is conveniently located steps from the beach, restaurants and stores. The top deck was perfect for our family to congregate, watch sunsets and play games.The Advant Stay staff was extremely easy to work with and very attentive to our needs. They responded within minutes to any inquiries.When I book another vacation home, I will attempt to find a home managed by Advant Stay. In my opinion, they turned what could have been a disaster into an enjoyable week. In the long run we were happier with this house and location than we were with the other one. I would strongly recommend this home.

This property was amazing! Not only was the location perfect, the amenities and rooftop were amazing to catch up with old friends. More than enough space for 10 people! We had a great time!

We had a great time at this property. Everything was very well maintained and was perfectly located for the event that we participated in. The only snafu that we had were the TVs that operate on Wi-Fi using YouTube TV and they kept pixelating throughout the evening, which made it kind of a challenge to watch a big football weekend something which should be addressed, but would be quite easy I would think Definitely plan to reach out and stay in this property again next I would highly recommend it

It was fine. The carpet in the main room was very dirty and the pictures did look different. I think it could have been nicer for the cost. Fun location, but loud.
