The property is accurately described on the website and was big enough for our needs as a couple.Equipped with sufficient kitchen equipment to make a light meal.
We did have a couple of issues during our stay, one of which was a broken dishwasher, which could have been avoided if the property had been properly checked prior to our stay as it was already broken the first time we tried to use it. The other was a broken lamp, again not working on arrival. However, management did respond and resolved the issues when we contacted them, replacing the dishwasher with a new one.
Biggest negative for us though was that the aircon could not be set below 74 degrees - we felt this to be fairly warm for the Florida weather . There were lots of warnings that if we were to try and alter it then we would incur a substantial charge for repair so we didn't dare!
Positives - the location and proximity to the beach was fantastic. Just a few steps to the beach and around a fifteen minute walk to Siesta Key Village.
The pool area was lovely and very well kept. We enjoyed a few hours relaxing here when the beach was a little windy.
