⭐️ Elegant 2 BR + Den, Heated Pool, Steps to Siesta Beach

We had a wonderful ladies’ getaway and throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a fantastic location. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to spend long days at the beach and walking by to the house for convenience. The local area was lively and fun, a “Jimmy Buffet” area. For a more upscale, grow up atmosphere, it was only a short drive to Sarasota, where we enjoyed excellent dining and entertainment. Overall, a time was had and would recommend and hopefully enjoy again!

This is a lovely little space my whole family enjoyed. Very clean. The overall place was nice, accurately described and just right for our 6 adult group. Easy walks to the beach and village. Pool was a nice touch. We ended up purchasing and leaving a couple of sand screws for the umbrellas due to wind, even sharing with one of the guests in the complex. My only suggestion, as we have stayed at a lot of homes over the years of vacations, would be a bit more welcoming. I received an email to bring my own essentials (paper towels, garage bags, t.p.), and it wasn’t really necessary as we only stayed a few days. Lots of rules everywhere. But I get one person ruined for the rest of us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay, just make sure you bring your own coffee.

We had a great time. With two small kids it was nice to have the high chair and beach toys. Check in was seamless. Virginia and Vanessa were helpful through the whole process. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, playground and my son was in the pool everyday. We walked into town "the village" a few times. Maybe a 15-20min walk. The shuttle goes right by too. Overall we had a great time and would recommend to anyone.

Im rating this property fair to make sure potential renters take the complaints of the noise from the upstairs apartment seriously. The property would get 5 star's for location, very convenient to the beach. The apartment was clean, well apointed with everything you need in a small kitchen, with the exception of refrigerator is very tiny. The living space appears larger in the pictures. We were 4 adults and 1 child a little tight.Note to the owner the bathrooms need towel racks or hooks to hang towels, the showers need a shelf or caddies, no place to put anything we used the window sill in the little bath. It would help to have tvs in all the bedrooms, to help drown out the noises from upstairs.
