⭐️ Pool & Gulf Views, 2BR + Den, Prime Siesta Key Location

This place has an amazing location and was a perfect set up for our family! We will definitely be back someday!

We had an amazing Four day girls trip! The location is absolutely perfect right across from public Beach Access, as well as across the street from one of the breeze trolley stops. We used the trolley several times to go into the village when we did not feel like making the walk. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas in the shed by the pool which we enjoyed using at the beach.The unit itself was very clean and well appointed. The only slight downside was because of the intimate nature of the property I was kept awake several nights hearing other guests out at the pool past quiet hours and I was able to hear the guests in the unit below us at night as well. However overall considering the value and the great location, we still had a great stay.

Great host and location

First let me focus on the positive. The location was perfect and right across the street from the beach. Very walkable to the little village. Property was clean and the pool was gorgeous. Bathrooms were great but both showers grout needs to be cleaned and the showers need to be recaulked and diverters replaced. I felt as though one of them could’ve fallen off in my hand. The kitchen was adequate and clean but needs some additional items including a paper towel rack, a Keurig coffee maker. many of the VRBO/houses that we rent are better equipped and I was disappointed that this wasn’t the case in this unit. There were spices in the cabinet but there wasn’t even salt! I recommend adding some Ziploc bags and foil if need to wrap food products. I personally don’t like not being able to adjust the air/heat but I recognize there’s nothing that can be done about that. Overall it was a pleasant trip but I do think some upgrades need to be done.
