- This property is stairs only; all guest must have the ability to climb stairs.
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No Garage Parking
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,500. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

Overall a nice clean place , very spacious. I would recommend replacing the mattress in bedrooms they were very hard and not comfortable. I would stay here again.
