About this apartment rental
This is Daytona`s only 5 star resort. This ocean front unit was recently totally remodeled in 2022 and we continue to add furnishings. It`s located on the 16th floor of the south tower offering upscale finishes along with spectacular views of Daytona`s Main Street Pier and Boardwalk. The living room offers a large flat panel TV and private wifi for your convenience. The large couch has a queen sleeper for those extra guests! You`ll enjoy being able to walk out on to your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and pool deck. The great room floor plan opens up the dinning area and full kitchen into the living room so all can enjoy the sights and sound of the ocean!
The primary bedroom features a king size bed adjoining a jacuzzi tub bath and vanity area, with it`s own private entrance into a water closet and shower. You`ll also enjoy a flat panel TV in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom that connects to the second bathroom features 2 queen beds and flat panel TV. The third bedroom has 2 full beds and a work space with a desk to help you stay productive and/or if you work remotely. Both the front side and rear sections of the unit have their own AC controls. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit for your convenience! The unit comes stocked with top grade linens, towels, pots, pans, dishes, so all you need to do is bring the groceries!

Per the resort, the minimum age to rent is 21. Also, local guests from Daytona, Ormond, or Holly Hill Florida will be refused check in at the resort due to recent incidents related to locals throwing parties.

We went as a group of 10 and there was plenty of room for what we needed. Place was clean and was in a great location, with restaurants, liquor store, etc on the same block. Air conditioning unit stopped working twice. Owner did send instructions quickly on how to fix it which were easy to follow. This issue is the only reason rating is 4 stars rather than 5. Would come here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coastal Soul - Ocean Walk. It was very clean, spacious and the location was beautiful, with the balcony facing the ocean. We had the pleasure of hearing outdoor concerts two nights and seeing fireworks on of the evenings, which was so enjoyable. The three bedrooms were large and comfortable. There were 4 adults, but the condo could have comfortably accommodated 10 adults, since two of the bedrooms included two full/queen beds and one had a king size bed. During the stay, three of the four adults participated in the ACC at the event center. This stay made it possible for them to easily walk to and from the event center several times per day to refuel and recharge. Since nutrition is critical for CrosssFit competitors, it was ideal to have a full working kitchen which allowed us to prepare healthy meals.
The only recommendation to the owner/property manager is to kindly refresh and update the pots and pan selection and quality; the limited set in the unit were very worn.
For prospective renters: If you are at all undecided about late checkout, err on the side of requesting it upon booking. We were unable to arrange it during our stay, since the unit had been rented immediately following our departure.
