Everything was exactly as described, check in was a breeze. Location of the condo was perfect and great view. Host were friendly responsive and even checked in to make sure everything went smooth. We would definitely stay again.

The property is located in walking distance of most things you'll need including shops, convenience stores, restaurants, fast food/diners, a waterpark, boardwalk and arcade. The property is decent and fairly clean. The pools were very clean but the water slide was out of service. The lazy river had maybe 10 tubes so we never got to float (take your own tube/s). The outdoor wash off stations/showers had no pressure or were completely broke so rinsing off sand was impossible. Id highly recommend a water hose for equipment such as surf boards, fishing poles and wagons. There are no grills. The staff, especially security were unnecessarily rude. The unit was a disaster. Very unclean! (pictures of proof). This is not the owners' fault to a point if they were unaware. The AC was broke upon arrival. The owners did send someone to service the AC and after a few failed attempts we were given a portable unit a couple days later. Heat index of 118!
You can imagine the discomfort. I think 3-4 days in, the top freezer started pouring out water (flooded) so maintenence had to come and unhook it. The master bedroom toilet was loose from the floor and shifted around so we tried not to use it. We were offered the option to switch to "a non updated room" before being provided the portable AC unit but I paid for an updated room! I rarely complain or leave reviews but It was a bad experience and I did not get what I paid for. Unfortunately this was my one vacation this year. 😪
