My family and I absolutely loved it. Close to water the stores and some restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

We were here for my sons wedding and checked in at 4pm and left at 4:05 for rehearsal. Arrived back late Friday night to go right to bed then Saturday woke up and left right away for the day for my sons wedding, we arrived back late and went right to sleep after a long day, When we woke Sunday and had time in the room we realized there that the room has some issues. We spoke to the manager at the resort and was told to speak to the property manager which we messaged at noon and didn't get a call back until 8:30 when we were at at loud restaurant and couldn't here so i messaged said we wouldn't be don't until late and would call her in the morning which we did. She turned it on me as she seems to do in most of her reviewed and made it my fault for not contacting her sooner and said it doesn't sound like you spent much time in the room. Its none of her business how much time I spent in the room I paid for it regardless is I am there for a short or long time. I don't want to waste time on my vacation to be contacting property manager about a dirty room that should be cleaned properly before i arrived. There were items broken missing and dirty which i have pictures. We made the most of our vacation and loved the resort would recommend getting a room directly with the resort. Don't need a property manager putting it on me for not contacting her sooner when i shouldn't have to contact her. I am not the only one with this concern so maybe she need to take some responsibility and get a better cleaning crew!
