This beautiful, spacious condo has all the upgrades with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, tile floors, and beautiful furnishings throughout. You will have a fully stocked kitchen, a fully stocked kitchenette in one of the guest rooms, free password protected Wi-Fi, and a panoramic view of miles of wide, sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean. We had a great stay. The resort was clean and very convenient to get to the beach. Loved the balcony and the oceanview. It was beautiful. It was close to restaurants so no need to drive as everything was within walking distance. Great for a short weekend getaway.

We believe that the owner can implement some simple, cost-effective upgrades to enhance the property. Such as new mattresses, TVs, patio chairs the current ones are falling apart. The pull-out sofa is the most uncomfortable thing we have ever experienced. My sister, who lives in Orlando, decided to go home for the night so she could sleep after the first night... The bed in the front room with the dishwasher was that uncomfortable, and it was a full-size not a queen. Hard for two adults to sleep in. The pool is great, but you can see it needs renovation. Overall all we had a nice time and had what we needed. For the price, we expected it to be a bit more kept.
