The open floor plan flows seamlessly into a wrap-around porch furnished with cozy white wicker seating and ceiling fans, creating an ideal spot to relax with your morning coffee or wind down with a glass of Finger Lakes wine while taking in stunning lake views.
The house comfortably sleeps large groups with multiple bedrooms featuring queen, double, and twin beds, plus four twin beds with trundles in the sun porch area—perfect for families with kids. Two full bathrooms help keep everyone on schedule during busy mornings and evenings.
Outside, enjoy 85 feet of natural lake frontage with a large dock for sunbathing, fishing, or jumping into the cool Keuka Lake waters. The spacious yard is great for lawn games and family fun, and the firepit is perfect for toasting marshmallows and sharing stories under the stars.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.
Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

We truly did enjoyed our stay !!! (4days)
Location was very good.
The place needs a deep cleaning , (in my opinion) the floors are beautiful BUT you can brake your neck, their SO slippery literally no socks only shoes on
Dinning room table/chairs… beautiful wood but very squeaky …
Noise echoes to the 2nd floor
2nd floor bathroom very small
Overall nice place but a bit overpriced (for the space)

This was our first visit to the Finger Lakes region of New York and absolutely loved it. Dozens Of Cousins was a fantastic house to stay in. We loved that it was old… But updated so we were extremely comfortable. And the location was perfect… Right on the lake. It was great that the house was within minutes of Hammondsport to shop at the grocery store or eat at restaurants. And you can’t beat being so close to so many wineries. We spent several days hiking either at Watkins Glen or areas near Ithaca. We can’t wait to return here again.

The moment we pulled up to the house we were very pleased with the overall appearance and location. Once inside, we were even more impressed. The house was very clean, well appointed and accommodated our party of six adults very nicely. When we exited to the lake side of the house, the view was spectacular and we all immediately headed out on the deck to taken it all in. We had a wonderful experience however we could have stayed a few more days because everything was so nice!
