About this house rental
The cape is located across the road from Lake. You can launch boat from this property. There is a boat dock. Lots of parking same level as house. Enough room for boat and trailer and several cars, and not on the main road. Located on the west side of Keuka lake just 7 miles north of Hammondsport. Three restaurants on the lake, all within 5 miles of property. Several wineries, a couple of breweries and 2 distilleries within 2 miles. You can see the Lake from most windows in the house. You also have a view of the bluff. Other activities nearby skiing, golfing, museums, gift shops, antique stores, pottery stores, and entertainment. Four restaurants on the lake with boat access. Or boat to Hammondsport to eat, shop or get groceries. There are also boat and jet ski rentals available on the lake. Great fishing on Keuka lake. Very few stairs on this property. Restaurant/Bar across the road. Most Sunday nights they have live entertainment.

We loved our stay! There were six adults and we had more than enough room. The house is very cozy and clean! We used the firepit every night and grilled on the grill provided. Being able to launch and dock our pontoon boat for the weekend was so convenient. We enjoyed sitting out on the dock in the Adirondack chairs or fishing / boating. Quiet area and such easy access to the water, just right across the road. Host is very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back! Highly recommend.

Our time on Keuka Lake is always so enjoyable. We stayed at this property for a week. The house is comfortable and clean, the kitchen well equipped, very spacious, with comfortable beds, but it does need some updates (more grounded electrical sockets, better and quieter air conditioning units, grill that fully works, more responsive TV set-up).Jamie was super responsive to all my inquiries, but a more thorough detailing of check-in, rules and guidelines, what isn’t working, would have been helpful.We were a little confused regarding the shared deck/dock across the street and were a little uncomfortable using when renters were in the adjacent house, as we were not sure if they were aware we could use. We did not take full advantage.Overall, we had a good stay.

Great location! The boat launch and dock across the street were a huge benefit. The wooden picnic table is a hazard ( seat broke off when sat down). Bring your own pillows!!

Clean and comfortable beds. House is updated just enough to make it rentable. Washer and dryer in an old basement which we did not use. Could use newer towels and washcloths and the stove burners do not fit properly so cooking is a real experience. No TV's in any bedrooms. Beautiful dock and boat ramp which we used every day. All in all we had a good stay and weather was great. Just a few updates would be valuable.
