About this cabin rental
Tree tops is a beautiful log home with breathtaking mountain top views from the wrap-around deck. This home is located between Franklin and Dillsboro/Sylva in the Watauga Vista Community.
Due to HOA rules , we DO NOT accommodate work crews or commercial-use bookings. Commercial vehicles, work trucks, trailers, and similar equipment are not allowed on the property any such rentals would be subject to immediate termination.
This home has a spacious Great Room & dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is Smart TV`s , Wi-Fi, & great cell reception. Easy access to this home at 3400 ft. elevation. NO PETS. There are stairs from driveway to porch and also from Main Level to the Master. 3BD/2BA. 1 King, 1 Queen, & 2 Twins.

PLEASE NOTE: THE $50 `MANAGEMENT FEE` IS A HEAT UPCHARGE FOR THE FALL/WINTER MONTHS
-$10 will be charged for each bag of trash left at the property
-NO DIRTY DISHES left in the sink/dishwasher. If left in the dishwasher they MUST be clean and the cycle already ran. $25 fee will be charged if not

The cabin is very nice. We saw deer twice . The cabin is located in a great location to area towns and events. We would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

The cabin was a great base camp for our fishing trip. We especially enjoyed the wonderful views from the porch with our dinner each evening, lingering out there until well after dark.
