Loved the space and the hot tub. 20 mins to Sylva 20 mins to Franklin. The house was big and the kitchen was stocked with all cooking needs. Plus there was a grill. Bed in the primary suite was comfy
Just be warned the drive up to the house is narrow, windy and bumpy

Location, hot tub
Road needs repairs.
Grill was nasty and did not work.
Decking was covered by leaves.
Tripping hazard in several areas in house.
Heat and lighting are complicated issues
