Little Piece of Heaven Lake House

This is a lovely, lake view, recently renovated, pet friendly, very spacious property which could comfortably host 6 adults with several children.It is 8 minutes to downtown Franklin which has great shops, restaurants and close to highway 64 for the many beautiful Waterfalls. Mongo Falls is a must see.Great value as well.

The Home was very nice inside. it was clean nicely decorated.kitchen was fully stocked. Communication with the owners was great. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the dock outside was not usable due to the condition. The exterior of the property definitely needs some maintenance. The outdoor furniture there were two chairs that we’re on the dock that were completely unusable because they were filthy. we chose this location because it was close to where my son is living and the accessibility to the water to fish so it was a little disappointing that we were unable to spend time down by the water because of the condition overall it is a very nice house and it’s a great location.

Peaceful and close to town.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The owners have totally updated the inside. There is ample room and lots of little touches that make the home feel inviting and cozy. The best part is the view of Lake Emory from the rear screened in deck. It's so beautiful & peaceful. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a visit to Western North Carolina!!
