Home, baths and kitchen are fully-stocked with coffee tea & waffles. Laundry. Ample parking. Private backyard with a sparkling pool (NOT heated) Pool servicing is Weekly/bi-wkly, Thur/Fri from 8a-2p. BBQ, stand alone spa and seating area outside.
Home offers three bedrooms and an office with a futon in the home. Cozy, large living room with additional seating. Fully-equipped kitchen. Waffle, coffee and tea bar area. Full-sized laundry in garage with soaps.
All amenities in home and drinks are complimentary. Trash bins are located in alley, through gate in back yard fence, monitored by the city.
We welcome dogs only. No cats.

The property was perfect as a staging area for my daughter's wedding. There are some deferred maintenance items. There is no dust pan, could use a rubber spatula and some new pans as they do not work very well. Tons of spider webs and spiders outside and the back door has a broken screen which allows the bugs in the house. The master door handle is loose, master towel holder is loose, and the chair by the pool is missing a leg. House was cute and comfortable and perfectly located for the wedding venue.

Excellent communication, property as described. Quiet neighborhood, private backyard with the pool and hottub was very nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Loved the towel basket and the coffee and waffle bar, really nice touches Host was responsive to questions. Bed were super comfy too!
