4-Bedroom House, 2.5 Baths, Sleeps 8. This ranch home is newly updated with all the modern touches. It features travertine tile throughout and a screened-in breezeway. Bedroom/office at the front includes queen-size sleeper built for comfort with designer powder room next door. Large living room, complete with leather couches and comfortable easy chairs has 43” Samsung HDMI TV, just right for entertaining. Center foyer with atrium and fountain is perfect for relaxation or creating ambience. A large kitchen features granite countertops, tile backsplash, new cabinets, large refrigerator, built-in microwave, electric stove, dishwasher, and huge breakfast bar, ideal for conversation. The large dining room table seats eight. Extra-large master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, nightstands, dresser and flat screen TV, a wall of closets and separate walk-in closet in the master suite, which includes double sinks, executive height granite vanity and shower with glass doors. Bedroom 3 has two double beds that convert to king bed upon request, and bedroom 4 has a queen size bed. Full hall bathroom has granite vanity and shower/bathtub with glass doors. Laundry room has full size washer and dryer for your convenience. Yard is an entertainer’s dream, featuring full-length covered patio with dining set and furnished lounging area and BBQ. I’m very happy with this rental property. It was in a great location, surprisingly well equipped. A quiet neighborhood but conveniently located. The management was very responsive to our needs but never intrusive.Overall, I’d recommend the property. I hope to rent again in Tucson with the same company.

Wonderful location with park and walking paths and pool; lots of room, outstanding kitchen, beautiful yard and patio. Good laundry facilities. Our pets could enjoy the outside atmosphere in the atrium without being in the larger outdoors, a big plus

Advertised as 3 bedroom and office instead of 4 bedrooms-office would have been better. The major problem with the house is the lighting. It was so dark in the house in the evening that it was nearly impossible to read. We had to buy two lamps ourselves to even work at the desk in the bedroom and to have a reading space in the living room. The dining room fixture provided very little lighting.On the VERY POSITIVE side, the bedroom linens where lovely and there was a very generous towel supply. The kitchen was the best supplied of any vacation rental we have every had. There were pots and pans for every baking and cooking need imaginable. The cupboard space was amazing. The only missing thing were ice cube trays which we purchased and left. The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Delisa from the management agency was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The neighborhood was lovely and the little park had a good walking path and a little library. The mountain views were great. The location was convenient to shopping, dining and hiking.
