Saguaro Family Oasis - Pool, Hot Tub, Privacy acre

The house was very clean and comfortable. The views of the mountains were beautiful. The hot tub was large and nice to relax in after being out all day. The screened in porch was great to eat dinner at and enjoy the views.

We were disappointed the stairs to the roof were closed because the reviews said it was a wonderful view from up there. The house has absolutely no cable so could not get local news to know what's going on in the area and the weather. Luckily we have app subscriptions so we were able to use those. Also, having to open and close the large gate when leaving and coming back was inconvenient.

The home is comfortable. Beds were comfortable, nice and roomy. Kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a good washer and dryer.

Hot tub is not hot, temperature controls cannot be changed and water was low. Thermostat for home kept turning off. Remote for corner bedroom ceiling fan/light does not work, nor does the one in the master bedroom. Drawers stick in kitchen, guest room shower/bath is very high and difficult to get into if you are mobility challenged. Toilet in guest bathroom is also very high. We found it strange that we needed to take the trash to the street for the weekly trash pickup, it was overflowing from the previous guest and difficult to drag up the gravel driveway. Also the need to not only strip the beds but also start the laundry when we are already paying a cleaning fee seemed to be a bit much. Not sure when the "new remodel" was done but it doesn't seem new. The place needs some attention and maintenance from the owner.
