Located in the desirable Rolling Hills neighborhood (Rolling Hills Golf Course in the neighborhood) just a short drive away from Mount Lemmon Hwy, Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park (East), hiking & biking trails, shopping, schools, medical facilities and dining. Community park only 1.1 miles away that includes, tennis, pickleball, basketball, grassy area, ramadas, playground and walking path!
Fully enclosed spacious back yard with abundant shade! Covered patio, privacy wall & plenty of outdoor tables & chairs to relax on.
2 year old air conditioner with super cooling capability!
The two seperate living areas both feature a 55” Smart Google TV. A wood burning fireplace is perfect for cozy winter nights. 40”Smart TV in the primary bedroom.
Cox High Speed unlimited internet for streaming and working capabilities.
Kitchen is fully provisioned with quality cookware, baking supplies, dishes, silverware, utensils, glassware, towels, basic seasonings and condiments, Keurig, and much more. Full size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, and microwave.
Full sized washer & dryer in separate laundry room.
King sized comfort bed in primary bedroom which has an attached full bathroom as well. Comfortable Queen beds in other two bedrooms, and the 4th bedroom features 2 XL twin beds and desk with office chair. All bedrooms have cell phone charging stations as well as alarm clocks that double as magnetic phone chargers. Hall Bathroom is also a full bathroom.
The house is super clean and tastefully decorated. Pest control and landscaping provided by landlords.
Smoking is not allowed inside home.
Dogs or cats only allowed if pre-approved by landlord. Tenant would be responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
Landlords are local, live only 15 min away, and are readily available for any questions, concerns, or recommendations!

We had the pleasure of staying at property for the month of June. Laura is an amazing host and very thoughtful. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed to make dinners at home and the grill worked well for steaks and burgers. The backyard made for some amazing sun rises and sun sets. We brought our labradoodle and he really enjoyed the backyard. The kids enjoyed playing cornhole. The back patio really added to our stay. The AC worked great and the TVs were latest technology making sign in and streaming a lot easier for the kids. Laura communicated throughout our stay and provided insights to kids activities that we enjoyed. Skate Country was just a couple miles down 22nd and surprisingly the kids went skating a couple times a week when we weren’t visiting the grand parents. Honestly could not have asked for a better location and hospitality. Definitely the best option for East Tucson for extended stays.

Great place to stay! Plenty of room for all of us. Well stocked kitchen, we used the crockpot and air-fryer! Loved the coffee and supplies, nice not to about. The welcome basket of goodies was a hit with all of us. This location is perfect, close to lots of attractions and shopping. The back patio was a bonus to relax and wind down. The barbecue grill was great.

The home was beautiful well stocked great location close to everything. after spending the day visiting and out in the hot sun it was nice to come back to a cool house, like an oasis in the desert a place to relax and refresh. Early morning were nice. drink my coffee out on the patio watch the sky go from night to magnificent colors of pink orange blue. we loved to watch the cactus wrens and doves landing in the cactus. we were mainly there to visit my mom who i hadn't seen in a few years she was turning 98 and we were having a big Celebration,,if looking to stay in Tucson Laura is the one to see.

We loved this house and the location. It was close to the places we wanted to visit such as Mt Lemmon, Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park!! The house was so very nice that we hated to leave. I highly recommend it!!
