HOT TUB: The hot tub is an optional, extra-fee amenity. There is a $36.75 daily heating fee. If you are interested in having the hot tub turned on and heated as part of your stay, please let us know.
PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.
PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.
CAMERA: This property has one exterior camera for general guest safety. It is on the front of the property on the exterior only to help monitor the front entrance, porch, and parking areas. (There are no backyard cameras, and there are no interior cameras.)
We are excited to have you stay with us! Please read the following rules carefully.
1. Respect for Neighbors: Please be considerate of our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
2. Unit Respect: Treat the rental unit with care and respect. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements will be charged to the guest.
3. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the rental property or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fee if guests smoke in or around the property.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings: No additional guests permitted on the property without host approval. Parties and events are not allowed in the unit or on the property. Respect the peaceful atmosphere of our property. If a party occurs at the home, a $995 violation fee will apply, and the booking will be terminated immediately.
5. Lock Doors and Windows: For your safety, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property. Return key(s) to the lockbox when applicable.
6. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Secure your valuables.
7. Guest acknowledges that this is not a long-term rental agreement and does not confer any property or tenancy rights. The guest`s stay is limited to the specific dates requested and approved in advance.
8. Innkeepers` Lease Clause: By signing this agreement:
a) You, the guest, are declaring that your purpose and use of this property is for transient purposes only
b) You, the guest, declare that you have an existing primary home address
c) You, the guest, acknowledge that there is no intent to establish a Landlord/Tenant relationship and acknowledge that your stay is an Owner/Guest relationship only.
9. POOL & HOT TUB RULES:
a) No unsupervised children in the pool/hot tub areas.
b) NO DIVING.
c) No glass in the pool/hot tub areas. Any broken glass will require a full pool/hot tub drain. Guests will incur a $700 fine for any broken glass found in the pool/hot tub.
d) No swimming in the pool or using the hot tub after 10 pm.
e) Advised NOT to stay in the hot tub longer than 15 minutes and NOT drink alcohol while in the hot tub.

What appeared to be a rather small home from the front, was quickly stricken once inside. A nice little sitting area that opened to the kitchen and large family room. Beautiful, large primary bedroom was very welcoming and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were perfect for our needs, although only the 2nd was used. Chosen for its proximity to our family, it was a great choice and a nice gem that we plan on freuenting in the future. Todd was very helpful and quick with any response.

This a very lovely home with several sitting areas, with a nice view of the sunset. The home was nice and clean, which made it very comfortable for my infant grandchild.We will definitely stay here again.

The house was a perfect location for our holiday family gathering. The three bathrooms are a nice bonus when you have a houseful.
My only criticism is the small dining table. The house could easily accommodate six guests, and the table barely seats four.
Other than that small item, it was a great rental. Lots of space, very clean, and a well-stocked kitchen. We would stay here again.
