About this house rental
Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 15th-century house with a swimming pool for rent in Jugazan. It has a floor area of 250 m² and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 4,500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- An open-plan living area of 100 m² featuring a dining area with a wood-burning insert (wood provided) and a relaxation area with a sofa
- A pantry
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A separate toilet
On the first floor
- An office area
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a single bed
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
On the second floor
- Bedroom 4: with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (3m x 4m), open from 15 June to 30 September (Opening dates are subject to change depending on weather conditions).
- A beautiful, 4,500 m² garden, which is not fenced off and not shared
- A 40 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
The house is ideally situated in Jugazan, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Walking or cycling
- Visits to historic sites such as Saint-Émilion (12 km away), the feudal castle of Rauzan, and the bastide town of Sauveterre-de-Guyenne
- Bordeaux, 35 km away
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (space for 5 cars)
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Bordeaux station, approximately 45 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux Airport, approximately 58 minutes’ drive away
