About this house rental
Welcome to La Jeannette, our family home, ideal for accommodating up to 10 people. Formerly our grandmother's house, it was renovated over two years while retaining all its charm. Enjoy its four bedrooms, games room (pool and foosball), garden, small pétanque court, barbecue, and shaded area for relaxing and sharing meals. In the heart of the vineyards, it's the ideal place to get together with family or friends and discover the region. THE ACCOMMODATION • Courtyard and garden furniture • Very bright • Fully equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher) THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS :
* A large, light-filled living area comprising the following spaces:
- A games area with a pool table and foosball table,
- A dining area with a dining table,
- A lounge area with a sofa and television,
- A spacious, fully equipped kitchen open to the dining area (microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, all necessary kitchen utensils and condiments)
* A bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe,
* A second bedroom with a double bed
* A third bedroom with a queen-size bed,
* A fourth bedroom with two bunk beds
* A first bathroom with washbasin, towel warmer, and storage units. A second bathroom. Outside: A shaded courtyard with barbecue, pétanque court, and enclosed garden. Nearby: - 4.8 km from Libourne - 2.4 km from a supermarket - 4.7 km from Libourne train station - 48.5 km from Mérignac Airport - 9.5 km from Lac des Dagueys - Lac de Blasimon

ACCESS TO ACCOMMODATION:
Arrival time: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Arrivals will be made via a key box. Departure time: no later than 10:00 AM. 🚭 Non-smoking accommodation. All consumables are provided (coffee capsules, bathroom kit, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, etc.). 🚫 Quiet neighborhood: parties are not allowed. The accommodations are not suitable for people with reduced mobility. We ask guests to empty the trash and put away the dishes before leaving. La Jeannette is a family home that belonged to my grandmother. We dedicated over a year and a half to renovations, bringing it back to life while preserving its authenticity and soul. This project is particularly close to our hearts, and renting it out allows us to keep this family home located in Saint-Émilion.
