About this apartment rental
The house was renovated in 2014. General: free internet access, parking, bicycle shelter and possibility to wash them.
Studio with sofa bed 160x190.
Use of kitchen, equipped, oven.
For meals table 80 x 80. Outdoor area with table for two, suitable for smokers.
BATHROOM: 1 bathroom, toilet, shower 90 x 70, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer.
Two single beds, wagon style.
Entertainment: satellite TV, radio, DVD player.
Linen on request, sheets and towels (5 euros per person).
Air conditioning is not present because it refreshes a lot in the evening (height 250 m above sea level).
Prices are intended for 2 people. Children up to 2 years free.
Cleaning is included in the price. Contribution 10 euros per week in the presence of animals.
Heating with electric radiator (750 W + 1250 W - 15-20 m2).
The bathroom benefits from the heat of the fireplace on the ground floor apartment.
There is a cost for the consumption of electricity of 0.34 cents per kwatt / h, for holidays longer than 3 days.
The accommodation can accommodate 4 people.
Eligibility: children allowed. Smoking area outside. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
Small pets are welcome and welcome. Jeannie lives in the house, a 5-year-old (sterilized) nice and sociable dog, various neighborhood cats and often free hens.
It is not possible to smoke inside, but comfortably on the outside terrace.
The garden is private, not usable. The area is very quiet and enjoys a unique peace, respect for these qualities is welcome.
