L'appartamento è vicino al mare, dotato di ascensore, pulito e in stile moderno. Poco distante c'è il parcheggio libero. Comodissimo per quanto riguarda banche, super mercati, bar. Anche se abbiamo prenotato davvero last minute la proprietaria è stata gentilissima anche per quanto riguarda assistenza e informazioni.

Appartamento molto bello, nuovo, moderno, molto ben curato e pulito, soggiorno molto ampio, volendo si può lasciare il divano letto aperto e rimane molto spazio "di manovra" . Francesca ci ha accolto con cordialità e in breve ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni necessarie rispettando il corretto distanziamento e protocolli anti-covid necessari, l'appartamento era dotato di igienizzanti e disinfettanti specifici. Siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100% e pensiamo di ritornare a soggiornare in questo appartamento. Grazie Francesca! Brunella

L appartamento era molto pulito e dotato di tt i comfort. Io mio marito e le mie 2 bimbe abbiamo soggiornato qui 3 giorni e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la proprietaria è stata gentile e disponibile. Se dovessi tornare a loano ritornerei qui.

Das Appartment in einem großen Mehrfamilienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und angemessen möbliert. Die Lage unmittelbar am Beginn der Fußgängerzone wenige Gehminuten von Strand und Promenade lässt keine Wünsche offen. Trotzdem ist sie angenehm ruhig und dank der Klimatisierung von Wohn- und Schlafzimmer bestens nutzbar. Leider verfügt sie weder über WLAN und trotz Sat-Empfang über keine deutschen TV-Programme. Dazu ist der im Inserat angegebene Parkplatz zwar in einigen hundert Metern verfügbar, hat uns aber nochmal 10€ pro Tag gekostet, mit denen wir nicht gerechnet haben. Der Kontakt mit Francesca vor und während dem Aufenthalt war sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert.

Bell'appartamentino al quinto piano, a cento metri dal lungo mare con le spiagge e praticamente a due passi dal centro storico. I servizi comodissimi e pure il parcheggio gratuito a duecento metri verso l'interno. Francesca molto gentile e disponibile.
