Clean and modern apartment in the heart of old town. Great location!

Can't beat this location, next to the clock tower and immediately onto shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Air conditioning made a big difference during the hot weather, and a nice break to the day. Francesca was very easy to communicate with and easily available for check in and any queries. The property does have a flight of stairs to initially enter off of the road, but thereafter there is a (slow) elevator to access the top floor apartment. Well appointed, it had most things, except as per the property post, no sheets or towels or bathroom mats, so bring accordingly. Overall the property made for a great central base in Loano for a few days, kids friendly too with a sleeping cot, high chair seat and a kids bath. Highly recommended.

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Francesca e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La proprietaria é stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie, incluso un consiglio per una cena in famiglia. L’appuntamento é ben posizionato, vicino al mare, al centro e ai vari servizi. Rispecchia quanto riportato nelle fotografie ed é ben equipaggiato. Sicuramente lo consigliamo.

Soggiornato qui con mia moglie e due bimbi piccoli per l’ultima settimana di agosto — struttura ideale e curato in modo pratico.Appena esci da casa hai tutto a portato di mano. .. comodo se ti manca qualcosa e devi andare al super o vuoi una brioche fresca , gelato ecc. Casa tranquilla e con AC non ti accorgi tanti dei ristoranti (è zona dei carruggi).Unica scomodita è che devi portare proprie asciugamani e lenzuola per via del Covid.

Perfetto per una vacanza in famiglia

siamo stati felicissimi di passare un fine settimana nella casa di Francesca, in pieno centro e a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia attrezzata per i bambini. La casa è ben arredata e con tutti i comfort necessari per una famiglia con bimbi piccoli e la proprietaria è stata gentilissima e disponibile ad accogliere le nostre richieste!

Very nice, well maintained apartment in the centre of the historic town (close to promenade, beaches, and restaurant), ideally for two people (we were a family with 2 children). We enjoyed our stay very much in Loano and did not feel to travel to other places which are higher profile (e.g. Albenga, Finale Ligure). Definitely a recommendation!

Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane ad agosto. L'appartamento è molto curato, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, aria condizionata, ferro da stiro, ecc..), anche il letto è comodo. E' posizionato al secondo piano di un edificio completamente ristrutturato in centro, con vista sui carruggi (un pò rumorosi la notte) e a poca distanza dal mare. La proprietaria è molto gentile.

E' una casa piccolina, ma arredata in modo ottimo, sia dal punto di vista della praticità, sia come gusto, raffinata e ben tenuta. Attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve, in pieno centro, ma in zona tranquilla, vicinissima al mare. Il supermercato è in faccia all'appartamento e vicino ci sono tutti i negozi che servono. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, spero di tornarci presto, un grazie a Francesca che è di una gentilezza difficile da trovare.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento nel centro di Loano per due settimane e siamo rimasti soddisfatti sotto tutti i punti di vista. L' appartamento è ristutturato ed arredato con cura, offre tutte le comodità possibili: Cucina attrezzata per ogni necessità; aria condizionata indispensabile nel periodo estivo; camera da letto spaziosa e attrezzata anche per lettino per bambini; divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno comodissimo da aprire e chiudere in un attimo. Insomma, la casa offre veramente tutti i comfort. Inoltre, anche se si trova in una palazzina storica, è stato costruito l' impianto d' ascensore. Usciti da casa, ci si ritrova nel pieno della vita della città: negozi, ristoranti, supermercati. Non manca nulla. E il mare è a 2minuti. Anche la spiaggia libera è a un passo da casa. Nota ancora positiva: tutte le finestre della casa danno sul retro e con le finestre chiuse non si sente alcun rumore. Se dovessimo tornare a Loano, di sicuro torneremmo qui. È stato veramente tutto bellissimo. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili per ogni cosa..complimenti Per tutto!

Sì apre la porta e vedo un appartamento spettacolare oltre sentire un gran profumo. La casa sembra appena consegnata da un costruttore.Come quelle che vedete sulle riviste. E' pulitissima, luminosissima, accessoriata ...dieri pressoché perfetta per una vacanzA! Francesca, la proprietaria, ci ha messo a disposizione lettino già corredato di materasso e lenzuola e seggiolone per il bimbo. Molta cura anche per le stoviglie ( piatti molto belli) e sopratutto erano presenti anche stoviglie in plastica per bambini. E poi la lavastoviglie che non ho mai trovato in nessun appartamento vacanze. ! Alla casa non manca nulla..forse solo uno stendono interno per quando piove. E poi la posizione della casa: in pieno centro di Loano con diversi bar e supermercato appena usciti dal Portone! Ultima chicca: nel palazzo e presente un bravissimo parrucchiere. Provare per credere. Grazie ancora a Francesca di averci fatto fare questa esperienza e grazie soprattutto per gentilezza e disponibilità. Torneremo presto! !

Loano, la Casa Vacanza 1628674 Eccellente. E' un esempio di vera ospitalità, gentilezza ed accoglienza. La proprietaria dell'appartamento è molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento è in zona centralissima, ma molto tranquilla ( via pedonale ), a due passi dal mare. L'ambiente è luminoso ed accogliente, molto romantico ( con meravigliosa vista ). Qui regna l'atmosfera di quiete, armonia e fascino. E' elegantemente arredato, curato in ogni dettaglio, funzionale e perfettamente fornito ( tutto nuovo ), pulitissimo. Comodissimo anche per i parcheggi. E' un posto ideale per la vacanza. Complimenti, veramente soddisfatti. Grazie. Irina.
