This cosy holiday flat is located in the "Dorf-Mühlbach" district of the well-known Bramberg am Wildkogel - on the sunny side of the valley. The living room with modern open-plan kitchen, from which you have direct access to the balcony, is on the 1st floor. There are also 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are located in the basement. In winter, you can hop on the free ski bus a short distance from the house, which will take you to the surrounding ski areas of Kitzbühel or Bramberg. You can go hiking, tobogganing and cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. In summer there is plenty to experience, the famous waterfalls of Krimml, the Grossglocknerstrasse and the Gerlos Pass are all in the immediate vicinity.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
