The house and pool were great! It is in a very quiet, secure gated community, near grocery stores and restaurants by car. Not walkable to Luquillo Beach area. The salt water pool was wonderful at the end of each day. Great outdoor area. There are plenty of beach towels provided, but only two working beach chairs, which was disappointing, as we had 7 in our group. Kitchen is well stocked if you're cooking at home. Trash bags and paper towels provided but we had to buy coffee filters, washing detergent, shampoo and other basics that are normally provided or left behind by other guests.Renters should know is there is no dishwasher. I didn't notice when reading the property description that a dish washer was not mentioned under "amenities." My fault for not noticing, but I think it should be stated in the description. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were good. It's clean and open. There is a pullout queen sofa bed in the living room and the master has a sectional sofa for extra sleeping. We had a stray kitty visit us throughout the week. We bought cat food and fed her outside. She was skittish and won't let you touch her, but she's hungry! I hope others will continue to feed her.Overall, really nice week there!

Juan was easily reached and any issues we had were quickly resolved. The house could use a few repairs, but Juan indicated that they were aware and in the process of fixing. We had a wonderful stay , even on the days when it rained we were able to relax and enjoy time with the family. Thanks so much for a great week.LK
