The place was beautiful with great views from the terrace. It was well stocked with items to cook there. They provided chairs for the beach and even had some strollers for kiddos which was helpful as we came with our littles. The hosts were easy to communicate with and willing to work with us on our date changes. The only thing we struggled with was the internet wasn't strong/consistent. We had a internet pack from Verizon with us so it didn't really impact our stay. Also important to note that the hot water dials are opposite most bathrooms. We couldn't find a check out list so we just did what other places typically have us do. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Fantastic property with a great view and proximity to the Seven Seas beach (right across the street!). The place was perfect for our family and met all of our needs.

Great location! Nice pool & area. Beach across road.
Beach towels, chairs, coolers, washer, dryer & laundry detergent supplied. As well as some food staples.
Owner should stay here for a week with max number of occupants. The lack of simple things like nightstands, dressers, closet in Master bedroom, towel bars, drying rack, retractable cloths line in showers, shelves in bathrooms, lack of hand towels, washcloths & kitchen linens, silverware would become evident.
The AC units are LOUD!!! Unbearable to sleep upstairs with main unit running. In living room, cannot hear TV over the AC unit. Disturbing to sit on main level patio area with master bedroom unit running.
The kitchen light fixture is too low. Our guys hit their head on it. We arranged furniture to avoid hitting the 2 chandeliers in the living area.
NOTE: the faucets are not all plumbed correctly. Never quite know which way will get you hot water.
We managed and made the most of it.
We felt safe from intruders on the site.
However, the one issue ALL of US felt unsafe about was the need to have a key to get OUT of the apartment. The only door lock required a key from inside to unlock. A HUGE fire safety risk.
The other thing that greatly affected our enjoyment was only 1 set of keys for 8 people. Previous renters lost a set which was not replaced for us. To enter & exit the gate on foot requires a key, even to go to the beach. 8 people seldom want to come & go at the same time. 1 key per bedroom should be minimum.
