The Space:
The house is ideal for families traveling with children and grandparents. Short drive to Culebra and Vieques ferries. Close to El Yunque Rain Forest. Only 34 miles from Old San Juan hosting El Morro and San Cristobal forts, and the old city. Great restaurants are only minutes away.
It is solely for family and friends’ vacation and enjoyment of its amenities
- parties of more than 16 guests are not allowed.
- Charcoal Grill available - bags can be bought at any gas station.
- no events or activities allowed.
-music should be keep at a moderate volume, as not to bother neighbors
- security from host has the right to inspect rules compliance.
- if found non compliance, the rental will be automatically cancelled, reported to Airbnb, and a fine of $200 will be charged. No refund will proceed.

Everything was as described. We really enjoyed our time at the house. There was plenty of room for our party of nine and having 4 bathrooms was valuable. We would definitely stay at this location again! The location was also convenient to the rainforest, beaches, and many delicious restaurants!

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. The views were amazing. The hosts had great and prompt communication. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. We did not get around to doing it, but Hacienda Carabali next door has many amenities at a short walk to explore.

We were looking for a place in the mountains and this ticked all the boxes. It was so different, and close to tons of activities. We loved having the pool/spa, the views were amazing, the restaurant/bar at the end of the street was key. Easy to get to and hosts were very responsive.

If the location and the amazing view wasn’t fabulous, I would not have been super impressed with this property. The beds were not comfortable, the pillows were so flat. The outdoor space was a saving grace as the inside is tight for a larger group. The seating out door was not comfortable either, I felt like for a space meant for hanging out, it would be more comfortable. Small things that made the stay not as enjoyable especially with a large group. Overall not a bad experience, however I have stayed in enough places to notice the differences with comparable prices.
