We're close to everything! Blue Flag Beach out front, Tropical Rainforest out back. Fun all around! Our family-friendly 5br 3ba, 3180 ft² hilltop view-home, breezy & serene, boasts 10 ft ceilings, 2 full kitchens, 3 living rooms, 4 office/desk work spaces, 3 dining rooms, an oceanview balcony, mountain view covered patio, tropical garden & lawn with fire pit on 1/3 acre private lot.
Enjoy access to everything from our centrally located home. We're perched atop the closest neighborhood to Luquillo's renowned Kioskos with 50+ bars, shops & restaurants across the road from Marriott Fairfield's new Casino. We are also walking distance to some of the island's best beaches including: El Balneaario Monserrate, Playa Fortuna, Luquillo Beach, Playa Azul, and Playa La Pared. We are 2 miles from Carabalí Rainforest Adventure Park, offering ATV and horseback rides through the rainforest and beach trails, and just 4 miles from main entrance of the the only tropical rainforest in the US National Park Service -- El Yunque National Park!

HOUSE RULES:
1) Short term rental agreement required for Whole House rentals.
2) Nightly occupancy must not exceed the agreed upon number of guests in you booking. No events, parties or undeclared/unexpected guests.
3) No smoking or vaping INSIDE (anywhere). In an effort to accommodate all guests, smoking is permitted in designated areas outside (including the covered balcony and patio). The fee for smoking or vaping inside this home is $600.00, no exceptions.
4) Quiet hours after 10 PM.
5) No refunds for weather conditions or utility service outages. We are solar powered and have 1800 gallons backup water supply, but still strongly suggest that guests purchase Travelers Insurance, as both weather conditions and government services can be unpredictable here.
6) No commercial filming without written permission.
7) All members and associates of guest party use this property at their own risk and hold the host/owner harmless for all injury, damage or loss.

*Our neighborhood is zoned "rural" and our neighbors have dogs, horses and chickens, some in the back even have cows, goats and donkeys. We provide complementary ear plugs and white noise machines for light sleepers, but light sleepers should keep in mind that coqui frogs and roosters sing their songs here at night.
*Uber and a few local taxi companies service our area, but availability can be sporadic and wait times typically range from 5 to 15 minutes, sometimes more. There is no public transportation in our area. We live at the top of a large hill, so walking down to the beach is easy-peasy, walking back up not so much... Having a car here is strongly recommended.*

House was good and clean. Forest and ocean views were stunning. Host provided excellent communication right from booking till checkout. The house has all the amenities as if you are at home.

This house was an amazing stay for my family and I. The location was great. You had the Luquillo Kiosks 3 minutes away with its wonderful beaches and El Yunque is nearby as well which was incredible. The house was well equipped to cook in and had all the stuff we needed to have family meals. We had views of the ocean and the forest on both sides and the owners let us take advantage of the fresh fruit on the grounds. The A/C worked great which was important for us.

We had a lovely stay at Lucky Luquillo! Egypt messaged us several times to make sure all was well and to see if we needed anything. It was refreshing to know she was looking out for us. The house is tucked away in a little neighborhood. We didn’t have any trouble finding it because the directions were perfect. It is only a short distance from the Luquillo kioskos where you can find several restaurants and shops. We also drove into “downtown” Luquillo to eat dinner a couple of nights. It is also close to the Luquillo beach, which is very nice with restrooms, showers, and food. The house is spacious with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. There are 2 kitchens, but we all used the upstairs kitchen the most. Egypt had provided new appliances, paper towels, aluminum foil, and even some food items. The only recommendation would be a few extra coffee mugs for the coffee lovers. A couple mugs have been well-loved and have a crack. It may be beneficial to have a few more bowls with lids for things like watermelon, fruits, or leftovers. But those are just minor issues. We enjoyed having extra room for relaxing on the sofas, spending family time together. E has thought of everything, including bug spray and mosquito zappers for those little pests that come from living near the rainforest. There is a lovely garden in the back; she welcomes the guests to eat the mangoes, papayas, and avacadoes. What a treat!I only have good things to say and hope to come back some day!
