Enjoy breathtaking views from this ocean-front 2 BR, single level condo on 3rd floor on Amelia Island Plantation. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed. The guest room has 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a smart flat screen television. The dining room and living room have glass sliders and a balcony that overlooks the ocean. Washer and dryer are included. A boardwalk below leads directly to the white sandy beach and the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This property includes a picnic area with charcoal grills and picnic tables. Watch the sunrise (or moon) over the ocean from your living room balcony and the sunset from your bedroom balcony. Once the sun has set you can watch the twinkling lights from Jacksonville at night beyond the Intercoastal Waterway. It is all magical. There is high speed WIFI service provided free. Amelia Island Plantation is in a beautiful natural setting of live oak and palm trees situated on the Atlantic Ocean with pristine beaches on one side and the Intercoastal Waterway on the other. It contains a number of walking and bike paths, easy access to the island-long off road protected bike path, 36 holes of golf and another 54 holes within easy driving distance. Offering a shopping area, fine dining, a nature center and a large inter-denominational chapel, the Plantation is also minutes away from historic Fernandina Beach.

The property was as described. If I might give one suggestion, the televisions could be updated with larger screens.

Exceptionally clean and paint, walls, counters, large appliances were very well maintained. Owner-provided amenities (paper products, small appliances, etc) were better than average. Particularly nice sofa/chairs and stable internet. Mattress in MB was high quality, and although starting to show its age a bit was still supportive and comfortable . Good privacy on the beach-side balcony and a small balcony on the W side to watch sunsets through oaks. Parking not a problem and ride-shares found us easily.

This property is stunning. Pictures as posted. We went from a Friday to Monday and every bit of time was worth it.
