Welcome to 1353 Shipwatch with its breathtakingly beautiful views and relaxing coastal vibe! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom gem is updated and standing by to host your next Amelia Island Getaway.
Guests will appreciate the neutral wood like tile flooring throughout this charming villa. The living area features a navy sectional and two swivel chairs for enjoying the expansive views. The adjacent dining area has a farmhouse-style wooden dining table which provides seating for up to six and is a perfect spot for meals or games! Sunshine washes over the entire space through the sliding glass doors which lead to the private covered balcony!
The updated kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is fully stocked with the essentials to prepare beach snacks or meals at home. The white cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances and stylish tile backsplash combine to create a sparkling-clean setting guests will surely enjoy.
Stepping through the sliders guests will be treated to a private covered balcony furnished with a bistro style table and chairs as well as additional seating. The balcony overlooks the Shipwatch community pool area and the sandy shores of Amelia Island. This is the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while looking for dolphins!
The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser and desk. There is an easy chair, flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan, as well. The spacious attached bathroom is updated with a tiled walk-in shower, vanity with double sinks and dressing area with more built-in storage.
The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, full bed, dresser and a comfortable reading chair. This room also has a flat screen smart TV and ceiling fan. The attached full bathroom features a combination shower/bathtub, dark wood vanity with ample storage space and a handy dressing area with a mirror and table.
Both bedrooms offer a view to the west of the marsh and the amazing Amelia Island sunsets! A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway between the bedrooms.
The Shipwatch pool (which has its own wi-fi) is located between the beach and the condominium which is perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back from a day spent at the beach. This community also offers a common grilling area with tons of picnic tables as well as a dining area beside the pool.
While staying in this luxury villa you can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island Resorts shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course. The Resort is its own small community encompassing the southern tip of the island and offering 24-hour security with private gate access only. This is truly a paradise within a paradise!

Communication was excellent with Amelia Island Getaways. The condo was clean and well stocked. Washer and dryer came in handy. The balcony was just wonderful. We could see the ocean and hear the waves on the beach at all hours. The condo was completely remodeled. My family has stayed at Amelia Island Resort more times than I can count over the last 35 plus years. We love it as much as we love Hawaii, and that is saying something. When you aren't enjoying the updated condo, there is plenty to do throughout the resort. I would highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed.

Great condo, great location! Beautiful view from the balcony and not a bad walk to the beach. Pool and beach were never crowded or too loud. Condo was clean and kitchen was well-stocked. Would absolutely recommend.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was great, with the ocean on one side and sunsets out the bedroom windows. We really appreciated the "until you can get to the store" supplies! The property manager was very responsive when we had questions and checked in via text multiple times to make sure everything was going well.
