The updated living spaces have gorgeous Saltillo tile floors while the recently renovated bedrooms and bathrooms are finished with luxury vinyl plank flooring. The living area features a comfortable sleeper sofa, loveseat and two swivel chairs for enjoying the oceanfront views!
The adjacent dining area is furnished with an oblong wooden dining table which provides seating for up to six. There is also counter seating for three. The spectacularly updated kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and is fully stocked with all the essentials. With warm wood cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and tile backsplash this kitchen will surely delight!
Just off of the living area sliding glass doors lead to the private covered balcony furnished with a bistro style table and two chairs as well as two additional chairs. The balcony overlooks the stunning Shipwatch community pool area, the sand dunes, and the beaches of Amelia Island. What a perfect spot to begin or end your day!
Unique to this floor plan, both bedrooms have gorgeous oceanfront views! Professionally decorated, the master bedroom features a king bed, dresser, comfortable reading chair, and flat screen smart TV. The spa-like attached bath is updated with a tiled walk-in shower, quartz topped vanity, dressing area, and two closets.
The second bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser, and an adorable bench. The adjacent full bathroom features a combination bathtub/shower and gorgeous quartz topped vanity.
Both bedrooms provide access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. A laundry room with full-size washer and dryer is in the hallway.
The Shipwatch pool is located between the beach and the condominium which is perfect for a relaxing dip on your way back from a day spent at the beach. This community also offers a common grilling area with tons of picnic tables as well as a dining area beside the pool.
While staying in this luxury villa you can stroll through the Omni Amelia Island Resorts shops and restaurants, recharge at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course. Condo was very nice. We had a great time. Only complaint would be the size of the hot water heater for the size of the condo. If you were all getting ready (4 adults) around the same time the master bedroom shower did not have any hot water.

This community was perfect for our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 small children). This unit has an unobstructed view of the ocean and community pool. The unit was well equipped, clean, and well maintained.
