Escape to a charming two-level brick rambler located in the serene Westwood Park community. This beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home boasts a park-like backyard and its proximity to city perfect for both nature and city life lovers. PARKING:
The driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles.
Please do not park on the lawn or block neighboring driveways.
Free street parking is also available without restrictions.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
For parties larger than 6 people:
There are two queen-size sleeper sofas in the living room. Each can comfortably sleep two guests.
The sleeper against the window contains pillows and sheets inside—just open to access.
Extra towels for guests using the sleeper sofas are stored inside the TV unit.
HOUSE RULES:
No smoking or vaping inside the property
No pets allowed
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
No parties or events
No loud music during quiet hours
No alcohol permitted on the premises
Max occupancy: 6 guests
NOTE: Two long-term tenants occupy the basement. They have their own private entrance, pathway, kitchen, and laundry, and do not have access to the main floor. For safety and privacy, the basement door is securely locked from both sides
