Good property that fit our large group well. Richmond provided excellent communication and quickly replaced a broken coffee pot. The house could use some minor paint touch-ups, and more hand towels/linens would be helpful, but we had enough bath towels and a nice stay overall.

The place was sparkling clean with lots of paper products and a lovely snack basket and wine for a welcome gift! The location was perfect to the Marine Corps base at Quantico, about a 20 minute drive. We had 8 adults (3 elderly from different families), so the three upstairs bedrooms worked well for the seniors and the two bedrooms and large living room in the basement worked well for the rest of us. Highly recommended.

Clean, enough towels and coffee cups for all guests! Really appreciated the paper towels, snacks and drinks left for our arrival also the tp . Was there for a wedding weekend so lots of coming and going. Thanks!
