Pristine neighborhood near I-95 and Rt 1 miles to Quantico , 30 miles to DC, MGM National Harbor & 14 miles to Downtown Fredericksburg. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths - living room, rec room, dining area & deck. Two sitting areas each with 65-inch smart TVs. Bring your streaming accounts, cable and stream all day with free fast Verizon wireless internet.

Best Location for any activities on Marine Corps base or around area. If you are planning on cooking meals, very little supplies in kitchen had to buy a lot of basics, just do inventory before you do your shopping. Also fire alarm goes off if you cook anything that steams or in oven, not properly vented. Keep back slider open to help prevent fire alarm going off. Only a 5 cup coffee maker, had to make several pots each day with 6 adults staying there. Great host very easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Overall had a great stay.
