About this house rental
Kid-friendly 2 bedroom for the TOP half of the home only. You will have the upper half with complete privacy and your own kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and common room /laundry room.
Large groups or small intimate parties. Our largest group to date was 20 for this property. Over 1,500 square feet of living.
Acre and a half, 13X38 ft deck, charcoal or gas grill, 2 and a half bathrooms and plenty of fenced in yard for the kids to enjoy.
Plenty of driveway and alternative parking available, large enough for numerous cars and a Bass boat to two, or even four.
Our largest group to date is 20 and still had plenty of space for guests. We give you enough toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. There is a Dollar General on the corner for ease of purchasing more if needed

House was very nice to stay at and the host was very accommodating towards my family. Distance to our kids location was an issue, but that was due to the vrbo website not the host.

Gorgeous deck, great for families. We had an excellent stay. Thank youto our hosts! The cooking supplies were abundant as well as spices. Thought full items for forgotten toiletries. Dollar Genetal on vorner even has fresh produce.

The house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood near Smallwood State Park and the site of weekend family reunion and offers a clean, comfortable home away from home. Kitchen is well equipped and a covered back deck outside the dining room has a large grill, a smoker, a fire pit, and a comfy lounging area. Property hosts are responsive, accommodating and helpful. Front yard is fenced in so the family dog could run and play safely. Also there’s a Dollar General down the street for any last minute supplies needed.

That's about all we can say about this house. We arrived late after flying in to it being 66 degrees in the house. The thermostat is in a lock box so I had to message the host to request that they turn the temperature up, which I hated to do so late at night, but it was so cold! The host did respond immediately (which was great!) and adjusted it to be set to a range of 70 - 75 degrees, but it never ever got above 70 so we were still quite chilly any time we were there.
The other issue we had was with the water - if you've ever wanted to feel like a penny this place is for you! The water smelled like copper and so did you when you got out, even with strongly scented soap. Not sure if that's a normal thing in the area but it definitely wasn't ideal for us.
If you have a big group and need a lot of beds, this place is great for that.
