There is a generous terrace accessible either from the living room or both bedrooms and a secluded roof terrace. Perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets and breathtaking views of the resort and the Caribbean Sea.
The Sugar Hill complex offers a clubhouse facility where there is a communal pool, restaurant, and bar with a fully-equipped fitness centre. If it’s tennis you enjoy you can also take advantage of the world-class tennis club. Guests will have full use of Sugar Hill’s extensive facilities and membership of The Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel Beach Facility and bar only a few minutes’ drive away.
Your rental at this apartment includes a housekeeping service three days per week.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.
