Reydon was an amazing host - great communication, friendly, and helpful before, during, and even after our stay. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, offering suggestions for places to eat and things to do (which was invaluable when our plane was unexpectedly delayed by six hours!). You can tell he truly cares about his guests.The property is in great shape, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The patio view is especially relaxing, overlooking a field with two grazing cows and the ocean in the distance. It’s a short drive to great restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, and walkable to the beach, which made exploring the area very convenient.If you’re visiting Barbados, this is a wonderful place to stay. Reydon was a great host. Very communicative. His house is lovely and the ocean views are even better in person than his pics. The beach is at the bottom of the hill and they have a beach bar and 30 for loungers/umbrella. Masseys grocery is large and had everything my gluten free daughter needed. The Deck restaurant is within walking distance and was really good. We ate there twice and enjoyed sunset views. I would definitely stay here again.

The villas was modern and updated. The master suite was airy and very comfortable with a nice en-suite bathroom. The host Reydon was very attentive and kind. He responded very promptly to my requests and questions.
